Orders
How long does it take to receive my order?
Every ASPECT piece is made to order. Allow 2–7 business days for production, plus shipping time. Standard US shipping takes 3–5 business days after production.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production has begun and changes cannot be made. Contact us immediately at the Contact page.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Use that number to track your package directly with the carrier.

Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping thresholds may apply during promotions. Check the announcement bar at the top of the store for current offers.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Because every piece is made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Damaged or incorrect items will be replaced at no cost. View our full Return Policy.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement immediately.
Sizing
How do I find my size?
View our Size Guide for measurements across all products. When in doubt, size up for an oversized fit.
Do your products run true to size?
Most ASPECT pieces run true to size. Product pages note any exceptions. Check the individual product description for fit guidance.

Are your products sustainable?
We use OEKO-TEX certified materials where available and produce only what is ordered — no excess inventory, no waste.
